This kit is used to adapt 1940 and newer Ford backing plates and hubs to Model A, Model B, or 1932-1936 Ford front spindles. The set includes a pair of spacers to go between the spindles and the backing plates, as well as a pair of bearing spacers. One set will take care of both front wheels of your car.
